CFLA’s core governance document is Bylaw No.1, last updated in February 2025. This describes membership conditions and dues, membership meetings, the composition of the board of directors, duties of officers, voting, and gives the Board the power to set policies.
The policies of CFLA govern the operations of the association and the procedures of the board.
